Over the past decade, City Council and University regulations have imposed strict limitations and led to the closure of several beloved venues, stifling the city's once-thriving after-dark culture. MONGA seeks to fill this void by offering a bold alternative to Oxford’s limited mainstream nightlife options.
With a curated selection of electronic music, immersive visual effects, and creative event spaces, MONGA breaks away from the predictable weekend playlists, bringing excitement and variety to each event. By transforming venues and engaging with the community, MONGA is on a mission to bring fresh energy, inclusivity, and creative expression back to Oxford’s nights—creating a nightlife experience that both locals and visitors won’t find anywhere else.
